You send us your current resume. We ask about your career goals. We rewrite and restyle your resume to help you achieve those goals. You review and give feedback. We finalize and polish. Armed with your new resume, you land your dream job or make that career pivot you desire.
LinkedIn Strategy and Audit
You connect with us on LinkedIn. We thoroughly review your LinkedIn profile, from top to bottom. We provide you with a detailed report full of suggestions about how you can enhance your LinkedIn profile based on social media best practices, including wording you can simply copy and paste into your profile to take it to the next level.
We also walk you through how you can boost engagement on the platform to grow your network, strengthen your brand presence, and increase your interactions with recruiters.
Brand and Career Coaching
We conduct an initial, 30-minute “good fit” session with you, at no charge, to determine if Brand Elements Coaching is right for you. Then together, we set the schedule for your brand and career coaching program based on your goals. In these sessions, we look at your personal and professional values and how these impact your brand.
We ask you powerful questions, challenging and encouraging you as you discover ways to tap into your inner wisdom. You find the answers within you so you can take the right next step in the workplace – and in life.
Job Seeker / Career Pivot Package
This package is geared towards the professional seeking a new job or looking to make a career pivot. It includes interview prep, personalized networking strategy, a resume critique and rewrite, plus LinkedIn strategy and audit.
We host an initial, 30-minute brand and career coaching session with you, at no charge, to confirm your goals. Then we ensure your resume and LinkedIn strategy are aligned to help you achieve those goals. We schedule four 45-minute career coaching sessions, where we focus on your “tell me about yourself” brand pitch, explore behavior-based questions to prepare you for interviews, and discuss networking strategies.
We help you navigate the job search and challenge you to grow your network, cheering you on as you work to secure your next role.
Executive Branding Package
This package is geared towards executives and senior directors. It includes a resume critique and rewrite, LinkedIn strategy and audit, executive bio, and personalized brand and career coaching sessions.
We host a 30-minute call with you, at no charge, to learn about your career vision and values. Then we set the cadence for six 60-minute brand and career coaching sessions, with the goal of reworking your resume to showcase your career longevity and expertise. We dive into LinkedIn strategy to communicate your vision and strengthen your presence on the platform. And we create a one-page executive bio for you, emphasizing your career highlights and achievements.
We collaborate with you to update your presence on LinkedIn and stay connected with you as your thought partner, giving you space to explore effective strategies for implementing your vision and creating long-term impact.
